Ratanti Kali Puja 2025 Date – Ratanti Kalika Puja in January - February

Ratanti Kali Puja is annually observed in Magh month mainly by Goddess Shakti worshipers in eastern parts of India . Goddess Kali is worshipped on the day. On this day Goddess Kali is worshipped in the form of kind mother. Ratanti Kali Puja 2025 date is January 28. The day is also referred as Ratanti Chaturdashi and is of great significance in districts of Murshidabad, Nadia and Birbhum in Bengal. The day is of great significance in the Dakshineswar Kali Temple. People in large number visit Kali temples and offer prayers. Food is prepared in the temple courtyard. Til Dwadashi – Importance Of Tila Dwadasi

Til Dwadashi, also referred as Tila Dvadasi, is observed on the 12th day of the Krishna Paksha or waning phase of moon in Magh Month as per traditional Hindu calendar followed in certain parts of North India especially in Madhya Pradesh. Kallurutti Theyyam – Information – Story

Kallurutti Theyyam is a unique and very rare theyyam seen during the annual theyyam kaliyattam and thira festival in Kasaragod region of Kerala. As per information, this theyyam is based on rural folklore and incorporated into theyyam. Kallurutti theyyam story is associated with a person attaining the status of semi-divine being. The theyyam has unique small head gear and the body is decorated with tender coconut leaves. Face is colored black suggesting direct connection with earth and people who make a living by farming and are close to nature. Food Offering To Shani Bhagavan – Saturn God In Hinduism

Shani, the Saturn God in Hinduism, is one of the Navagrahas – the nine celestial bodies. The navagrahas are propitiated for overcoming bad luck in life and to solve horoscope related problems. Food offering or bhog or naivedya to Saturn is part of the pujas and rituals. The details regarding flowers, food offerings, herbs, etc are found in the Matsya Purana. The main food offering to Shani is khichadi or cooked rice with black lentils and ghee. Any sweet offering made from rice sprinkled with black sesame is the ideal bhog or naivedyam to Shani Navagraha.
