Tukdoji Maharaj Punyatithi is the death anniversary of the
great social reformer. Tukadoji Maharaj (1909 – 1968) worked for the betterment
of millions of Indians in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Tukdoji Maharaj Punyatithi

against blind faith, untouchability and superstition.
Apart from the Gramgeeta, Tukdoji Maharaj also wrote
thousands of devotional poems in Marathi. He continues to inspire millions
of men and women in rural India.
