Bhadrachalam Temple Timings – Opening and Closing Time at Bhadrachalam Sri Rama Temple

BhadrachalamTemple is dedicated to Bhagavan Sri Ram and is located at Bhadrachalam in Khammam District in Andhra Pradesh. DetailBhadrachalamTemple Timings are given below. The temple opens daily at 4:30 AM. Opening and closing time is extended on special days associated with the temple.
BhadrachalamTemple Timings: Morning – 4:30 AM to 11:30 AM Evening – 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
Abhishekam is daily performed at 7:00 AM
The timings during festivals and special occasions will be extended.
The temple will be closed when there is Surya Grahan (Solar Eclipse) or Chandra Grahan (Lunar Eclipse) in India.

Today – March 26, 2013 – is Holika Dahan of Holi Festival

Today, March 26, 2013 is the first day of the Holi festival when bonfires are lit in memory of young Prahlad’s victory over demon Holika. The day is known as Holika Dahan. In some regions, people burn old and worthless things in the evening. In other regions, fire is lit in the evening using wood pieces. This burning symbolically clears all the grudges and dirt of the past and ushers in hope of a good future.
The Good time provided most astrologers for lighting the fire is from 11:37 PM to 11:57 PM on March 26.
For those people who perform the ritual during Bhadra Puncha – the time is from 11:41 PM on March 26 to 12:49 AM on March 27, 2012.
