Gurumayi Chidvilasananda Teachings

Simplicity of life is the true secret of happiness. Unhampered experience of joy which lies within comes out of simplicity. Your life should never be complicated with too many things.
Every incident, every circumstance, every word, every sound is nourishing, because the same love is in everything and in everyone.
In the beginning, love, in the end, love, in the middle, we have to cultivate virtues.
There is only one thing we want to do – to keep spreading love as much as possible. Let us spread that one thing which is so sweet, so tender, and so tangible, a love that is pure and that can take us where we really want to go – to the heart, where God dwells. Gurumayi Chidvilasananda
