Peringadi Kanhiramulla Parambu Bhagavathy temple is located at Peringadi in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Makaram and Kumbham Masam – Makaram 30 and Kumbham 1 (February 12 and February 13).

Kanhiramulla Parambu Bhagavathy temple are Gurikkal theyyam, Naga Bhagavathy
theyyam, Khandakarnan theyyam and Kuttichathan theyyam.
This is a small beautiful temple with a chathura sreekovil –
square sanctum sanctorum – for the main deity. The roof and the walls of the
shrine are traditionally decorated. There are other smaller sreekovil and
square platforms for other deities. Some deities are worshipped under trees.
