Kizhakke Theru Sree Chooliyar Bhagavathi temple is located at Udma in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Chooliyar Bhagavathi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for four days in Malayalam Dhanu Masam – Dhanu 5 to Dhanu 7 (December 21 to December 23).

The shrine is mainly open on Sankranti days as per
traditional Malayalam calendar for important puja and rituals. The temple has a
chathura sreekovil or square sanctum sanctorum of the main deity. The shrine is
decorated with traditional motifs. Other deities are worshipped atop square
platform exposed to the elements and under trees.
