Narath Vishwakarma Oorpazhassi Temple, also known as Narath Achari Temple, is located at Onapparambu Narath in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Oorpazhassi and other devi devatas that are commonly worshipped in kavu, tharavadu and other sacred places in the region. The annual theyyam kaliyattam thira festival is held in Malayalam Makara Masam – Makaram 3 to Makaram 5 (January 17 to Jan 19).
The temple has Chathura sreekovils – square sanctum sanctorum. Some deities are worshipped under trees and also on raised small square platforms. Sankranti is the most important day in a month here. Festivals and important days associated with Vishwakarma community are observed here annually.
The important theyyams that are performed here are Bali
theyyam, Ooorpazhassi theyyam, Thai Paradevatha theyyam, Vadakkathy Bhagavathy,
Ponmalakkari and Vettakkorumakan.
