Pathanamthitta Mutharamman kovil is located at Pathanamthitta town in Kerala. The shrine is a center of Goddess Shakti worship and she is worshipped here in the form of Goddess Mutharammen.
The temple has a chathura sreekovil with the standing murti of Goddess Mutharamman. There are shrines of upa devatas including that of Ganapathi.
Tuesdays and Fridays are important days in the shrine. Navratri, Ramayana Masam and Aadi Masam and Thrikarthika are important festival in the shrine.
Vinayaka Chaturthi in Malayalam Chingamasam is of great importance in the shrine.
