Anthimahakalan Kavu is located at Kulappully in Shoranur, Palakkad district, Kerala. The main festival in the temple is observed on Dhanu 10. Thalappoli, Tira and Poothan are observed on the day.
The main deity worshipped in the temple is Anthimahakalan. Bhagavan Vishnu is also worshipped in the shrine with equal importance. The vigraham or bimbam of Anthimahakalan is Dharu Vigraham – made of wood. The deity faces west.
It is believed that the temple was built to celebrate the Sthanahoranam or attainment of some position of Valappara Moopil Nair.
The Vishnu worshipped in the temple is of Desamangalam and Kanjoor Mana.
