The goddess is depicted in a unique lying posture, which is quite distinct among Hindu deities, measuring an impressive 15 feet (4.6 meters) from head to foot.

Masani Amman is depicted with four hands, each holding significant items with deep symbolic meanings. In one hand, she holds a damaru, a small two-headed drum, around which a snake is entwined, symbolizing the cosmic rhythm of creation and destruction. In another hand, she carries a fire bowl, representing purification and the burning away of impurities. The third hand holds a bowl containing kumkuma, a red turmeric powder used in religious rituals, signifying prosperity and auspiciousness. Her fourth hand holds a trident, a powerful symbol of divine power and protection.

The temple complex is also home to other deities, including Neethi Kall, also known as the stone of justice, and Maha Muniappan. Neethi Kall is believed to deliver justice to devotees, and those seeking resolution to their problems often worship here with great faith. The main offering to the justice stone is grinded red chilly.
