efforts to the divine and aligning their actions with the principles of
righteousness (Dharma), individuals can purify their minds, overcome selfish

Raja Yoga (Path of Meditation): Raja Yoga focuses on the
cultivation of mental discipline and concentration through practices such as
meditation, breath control (pranayama), and ethical living. By quieting the
fluctuations of the mind and transcending the ego, practitioners of Raja Yoga
seek to directly experience the divine presence within themselves. Through deep
states of meditation, individuals can attain inner tranquility, spiritual
insight, and a profound sense of security rooted in their connection to the
divine.
Regardless of the path chosen, the ultimate goal in Hinduism is to realize one's innate divinity and establish a harmonious relationship with the divine, leading to liberation (moksha) from the cycle of birth and death (samsara) and the attainment of everlasting security and bliss. This journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth is guided by the fundamental principles of righteousness, devotion, knowledge, and selfless action, which serve as beacons of light illuminating the path towards union with the divine.
