Pattoli Thoduvalam Sree Chamundeshwari temple is located at Pattoli near Cheemeni in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari and other deities that are worshipped in kavu, sacred places and temples in the region. The theyyam festival is held here for a couples of days annually.

This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil for the
main deity. There are other smaller sreekovils and raised platforms for other
deities. Certain deities are worshipped under trees. Sankranti in a Malayalam
month is of great importance.
