Pallipiriyarathu Puthiya Bhagavathy temple is located at Chemmarasseripara near Azhikode in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Puthiya Bhagavathi, Vishnumoorthi and other deities. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for four days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 10 to Kumbham 13 (February 23 to February 26).

Puthiya Bhagavathy temple are Bhairavan theyyam, Bhootham theyyam, Gulikan
theyyam, Nagakanya theyyam, Puthiya Bhagavathy theyyam, Veeran theyyam and Vishnumoorthi theyyam.
This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil – square
sanctum sanctorum. Some deities are worshipped on square platforms and under
trees. The roof and walls of the main shrine are decorated with traditional
temple motifs. Sankranti in every month is of great significance.
