Cheruvakkara Vishwakarma temple is located at Narath Kambil in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Vishwakarma and other deities that are worshipped in kavu, sacred places and temples in the region. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Dhanu Masam – Dhanu Masam 16 to Dhanu 18 (December 31 to Jan 2).
Important theyyams that can be witnessed at Narath Kambil Cheruvakkara Vishwakarma temple are Bali theyyam, Chonnamma Bhagavathi theyyam, Khandakarnan theyyam, Gulikan theyyam and Dharma Daivam.
This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil for the
main deity. The roof of the shrine is traditionally decorated. There are other
smaller sreekovils and raised platforms for other deities.
