Kunnumbram Sree Kakkara Bhagavathy temple is located at Kunnumbram near Pilathara in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Kakkara Bhagavathy. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Meda Masam – Medam 29 and Medam 30 (May 13 and May 14).

theyyam.
The shrine has a chathura sreekovil (square sanctum
sanctorum) for the main deity. Other deities are worshipped under tree and on
small raised square platforms.
