Chavassery Nelliyad Vattoli Muchilottu Bhagavathi temple is located at Chavassery in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Muchilottu Bhagavathi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for three days in Malayalam Vrischika Masam – Vrischikam 17 to Vrischikam 19 (December 2 to December 4).

The roof the shrine has traditional motifs. There are raised platforms of
certain deities. Some deities are worshipped under trees.
