Panapuzha Anthiri Madom Thondachan Devasthanam temple is located at Panapuzha in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Thondachan Daivam. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for four days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 1 to Kumbham 3 (February 13 – Feb 15).

Madom Thondachan Devasthanam temple are Thondachan Daivam, Vayanattu Kulavan
theyyam and Vishnumoorthi theyyam.
The temple has a chathura sreekovil (square sanctum
sanctorum) for the main deity. The walls and roof of the shrine are decorated
with traditional motifs. There are other smaller sanctums for other deities.
Some deities are worshipped atop small square platforms and under trees. The
temple performs special pujas and rituals on Sankranti day.
