Kunhimangalam Theru Alavalappil Tharavadu Devasthanam temple is located at Kunhimangalam in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to deities that are commonly worshipped in tharavadu, kavu and sacred places in Kannur region. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Vrischika Masam – Vrischikam 21 to Vrischikam 22 (December 6 to December 7).

Theru Alavalappil Tharavadu Devasthanam temple are Monthi Kolam, Thurakarathi
theyyam, Kundor Chamundi and Gulikan theyyam.
This a family-maintained temple with a small chathura
sreekovil – square sanctum sanctorum. Some deities are worshipped on small
square platforms and under trees. Pujas are held mainly during Sankranti and
Vishu.
