Padinhattam Kozhuval Koottathilara Vishnumurthy temple is located at Padinhattam Kozhuval near Nileshwar in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Vishnumoorthi. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for four days in Malayalam Dhanu Masam – Dhanu 6 to Dhanu 9 (December 22 to December 25).

The shrine is mainly open on Sankranti days as per
traditional Malayalam calendar for important puja and rituals. The temple has a
chathura sreekovil or square sanctum sanctorum of the main deity. Other deities
are worshipped atop square platform exposed to the elements and under trees.
