Kulappuram Padinjare Kallampalli Illam Tharavadu Devasthanam temple is located at Kulappuram near Vilayancode in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Dhooma Bhagavathy and other deities. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for two days in Malayalam Vrischika Masam – Vrischikam 25 and Vrischikam 26 (December 11 and December 12).

The important theyyams that can be witnessed at Kulappuram Padinjare Kallampalli Illam Tharavadu Devasthanam temple are Anganathu Bhagavathy theyyam, Dhooma Bhagavathy, Kunjaru Kurathi Amma, Kundor Chamundi and Gulikan theyyam.
