Perumbatta Thazhethadam Padarkulangara Bhagavathy Kavu temple is located at Perumbatta in Kasaragod district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Padarkulangara Bhagavathy and other related deities. The annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival is held for five days once in two years in Malayalam Makaram and Kumbha Masam – Makaram 29 to Kumbham 4 – February 12 and Feb 16.
The main deity is worshipped in a chathura sreekovil –
square sanctum sanctorum. There are other sreekovils for other deities. Some
important deities are worshipped atop square platforms and under trees. Vishu
is an important festival here. Sankranti in every Malayalam month is of great
importance.

Bhagavathi theyyam, Vishnumoorthi theyyam, Poomaruthan theyyam and Vayanattu

Feb 13-ന്
രാവിലെ ഒന്‍പതിന് കമ്പല്ലൂര്‍ ഭഗവതീക്ഷേത്രത്തില്‍നിന്ന്
ദീപവും തിരിയും എഴുന്നള്ളിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുവരും. രാത്രി എട്ടിന് വയനാട്ടുകുലവന്‍ തെയ്യത്തിന്റെ
വെള്ളാട്ടം. 8.30ന് പൂമാരുതന്‍ തെയ്യത്തിന്റെ തട്ടും വെള്ളാട്ടം.
Feb 14-ന്
രാവിലെ ഒന്‍പതിന് വയനാട്ടുകുലവന്‍ തെയ്യം പുറപ്പാട്. തുടര്‍ന്ന് തെയ്യങ്ങളുടെ പുറപ്പാട്. വൈകീട്ട് അഞ്ചിന് മൗക്കോട് ചാമുണ്ഡേശ്വരി കാവില്‍നിന്ന് തിരുമുല്‍ക്കാഴ്ച പുറപ്പെടും. രാത്രി എട്ടിന് പൂമാരുതന്‍ തെയ്യത്തിന്റെതെയ്യത്തിന്റെ
തട്ടും വെള്ളാട്ടം.
Feb 15-ന്
രാവിലെമുതല്‍ വിവിധ തെയ്യങ്ങള്‍ കെട്ടിയാടും. രാത്രി എട്ടിന് പൂമാരുതന്‍ തെയ്യത്തിന്റെതട്ടും
വെള്ളാട്ടം.
Feb 16-ന്
രാവിലെ വിവിധ തെയ്യങ്ങളുടെ പുറപ്പാട്. ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരുമണിക്ക് വിഷ്ണുമൂര്‍ത്തി തെയ്യത്തിന്റെ പെരുമ്പട്ട ജുമാ മസ്ജിദ് സന്ദര്‍ശനം.
തുടര്‍ന്ന് തുലാഭാരം. വൈകീട്ട് നാലിന് പാടാര്‍കുളങ്ങര ഭഗവതിയുടെ തിരുമുടി നിവരും.
