Kuttiyattoor Chathoth Tharavadu Devasthanam temple is located at Kuttiattoor in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to various forms of Mother Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual temple theyyam kaliyattam thira festival is held for two days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 15 and Kumbham 16 (February 27 and Feb 28).
This is a small shrine with a square sanctum sanctorum (chathura
sreekovil) for the main deity. Other deities are worshipped in smaller chathura
sreekovil. Some deities are worshiped atop raised square platforms. Certain deities
are worshiped under trees.
The important theyyams that can be witnessed at Kuttiyattoor Chathoth Tharavadu Devasthanam temple are Alottu Bhagavathy theyyam, Kammi Amma theyyam, Parali Amma theyyam and Vannathi Bhagavathy theyyam.
