Mambram Kelalur Edappadi Kalari Bhagavathy temple is located at Mambram in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual theyam thira kaliyattam festival is organized in the temple for three days in Malayalam Dhanu Masam – Dhanu 13 to Dhanu 15 (December 28 to December 30).
This is a small shrine with a chathura sreekovil and raised
platforms. Various deities that are worshipped in temples in Kannur regions are
worshiped here. Sanskranti and Vishu are two important festivals here.
The important theyyams performed in the shrine are Bhairavan
theyyam, Karuvaal Bhagavathy theyyam, Porkali Bhagavathy theyyam, Kuttichathan
theyyam, Raktha Chamundi theyyam, Thekkan Gulikan theyyam, Uchitta Theyyam and
Vishnumoorthi theyyam.
