Kareendran Daivam theyyam (കരീന്ദ്രന് ദൈവം) is a unique and rare theyyam performed during the annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival in Kasaragod region of Kerala. As per information, this theyyam is associated with Shiva and Goddess Parvati taking the form of tiger and tigress respectively and give birth to five children. The story of Kareendran Daivam is associated with this incident.
This theyyam can be witnessed at Mora Shree Ivar Bhagavathi temple
at Pernadka in Kasaragod district on March 8 or March 9.

festival in the temple.
