Vandu Daivam Theyyam – Information – Story

Vandu Daivam Theyyam kolam is a rare theyyam seen during the annual theyyam thira kaliyattam festival in Kannur and Kasaragod regions of Kerala. As per information, this is a divinity of whom nothing is much known. There is little knowledge about the story of Vandu Daivam theyyam. It is believed that this theyyam made its appearance in a tharavadu. As the divinity brought change of luck a theyyam is performed annually to honor it.
