Pulli Pothi theyyam is a ferocious Mother Goddess theyyam performed during the annual thira kaliyattam theyyam festival in Kannur region of Kerala. As per information, this is a manifestation of Mother Goddess Parvati. As per Pulli Pothy theyyam story, she helps in controlling communicable diseases like various poxes.
