Karan Daivam theyyam is a powerful male deity theyyam performed in many temples in Kannur region of Kerala during the annual theyyam kaliyattam thira festival. Karan Daivam theyyam is performed at Koyyam Munambu Kadavu Arayil chonnamma temple in Kannur (Feb 17 to Feb 19), Kannur Keecheri Puthiya Bhagavathy temple, Kodallur Palaprath Kavu Bhagavathy temple, Kannapuram Karankavu, Kalliasseri Puthiya Bhagavathy temple (Kappoth Kavu) (February 17 and February 18), Cherukunnu Kavinisseri Koovaprath Kavu, Kannur Morazha Koovaprath Puthiya Bhagavathy Kavu temple, Kannur Parassinikkadavu Nanichery Kodalloor Sree Bhagavathy temple and Mayyil Kandakkai Chalangotut Puthiya Bhagavathy Kavu temple (Feb 17 to March 1).
