Kuttikunnu Makkutti Porkkali Bhagavathy Kavu temple is located at Kuttikunnu near Kuthuparamba in Kannur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Porkkali Bhagavathy and other deities that are part of Kavu and Tharavadu in Kannur region. The annual theyyam – thira festival in the temple is held for two days in Dhanu Masam – Dhanu 24 and Dhanu 25 (January 8 and January 9.)
The temple has no major structures except for a square platform atop which the deities are worshipped.
The important theyyams that are part of the annual kaliyattam – thira festival are Bhairavan theyyam, Kandakarnan theyyam, Porkkali theyyam, Thekkan Gulikan theyyam, Sasthappan or Kuttichathan theyyam, Uchitta theyyam, Vasoorimala theyyam and Vishnumurthy theyyam.
