Kandoth Pangadam Sree Neelankai Bhagavathy Kazhakam temple is located at Kandoth Pangadam in Kannur district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Neelangai Bhagavathi. The theyyam – thira festival in the temple is held once in three years. The last thira – kaliyattam festival was held in 2021. The next will be held in 2024. Neelankai Bhagavathy theyyam festival is held for four days in Malayalam Kumbha Masam – Kumbham 22 to Kumbham 25 (March 6 to March 9).
Vayalattam is a rare ritual performed in the temple. The main rituals and pujas are held on Sankranthi day as per traditional Malayalam calendar. Vishu is an important puja day in the temple.
The important theyyams that are part of the annual theyyam – thira festival in the temple are Thekkan Gulikan and various Bhagavathy theyyams.
The temple is managed by the Vishwakarma community.
