Meppayur Koonamvellikkavu Paradevatha temple is located at Koonamvellikkavu near Meppayur in in Kozhikode district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathy. The annual Prathishta festival in the temple is held in Meda Masam on the Vishu.
