Thrithallur Shiva temple is located at Thrithalloor (Thrithallore) near Vadanappally in Thrissur district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Shiva. The annual Shivratri festival is of great importance here and is observed in February or March (Malayalam Kumbha Masam).
A Shivling is worshipped in one Sreekovil. The shrine has a chuttambalam, big pond and a namaskara mandapam. There are a couple of Upa Devata shrines including Devi and Ganapathy.
This Shivratri festival is observed with tantric pujas and rituals. Various types of abhishekam, pujas and rituals are part of the annual festival. Ramayana Masam, Vishu, Vrischika Masam, Thrikarthika and Thiruvathira in Dhanu Masam are of importance here.
