Mundathicode Pathirikkottukavu temple is located at Mundathicode near Wadakkanchery in Thrissur district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual festival in the temple is observed on the Makara Bharani day.
The festival is famous for caparisoned elephants, melam, temple folk arts and other rituals.
This is a small shrine which has all the essential elements associated with Kerala Bhagavathy temples include sreekovil, chuttambalam and a pond.
Apart from the annual festival the temple also observes Navratri, Thrikarthika in Vrischika Masam and Thiruvathira in Dhanu Masam.
