Kilimanoor Puthiyakavu Devi temple is located on the Kilimanoor – Alamcode road near Kilimanoor in Thiruvananthapuram district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Bhagavathi. The annual pongala festival in the temple is held in Kumbha Masam. The temple also observes the famous Kumbha Bharani festival.
This is a typical Kerala temple with a chathura sreekovil, and upa devata shrines.
The annual festival in the temple is famous for Pongala ritual. All the pujas and rituals performed during annual festivals in South Kerala including seeveli, sree bhootha bali, and Ganapati homam are performed during the annual festival. The shrine is also noted in the region for melam and ezhunellippu.
The temple also observes Navratri, Ashtami, Navami, Vijaya Dashami and Thrikarthika.
