Kayyath Nagam temple is located at Kayyath – Ariyil near Pattuvam in Kannur district, Kerala. The temple is dedicated to Nagam or Sarpam – temple of Snake worship. The annual Sarpa Pooja in the temple is held on Ayilyam nakshatra in Kumbha Masam (February – March).
The shrine is located amidst natural surroundings. Serpents or Nagam are the main deities in the shrine. The main deity is Nagaraja.
