Kulakkad Sri Mariamman temple is located at Kulakkad in Palakkad district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Mariamman. The annual pratishta festival in the temple is held in Malayalam Edava Masam (May - June).
This is a small temple and follows the Tamil Mariamman pooja and rituals. The annual puja and other rituals are conducted in Makaram month (January – February) – the corresponding period is the Thai month in Tamil calendar.
The shrine has a colorful look to it and is open to all people.
