Panthalloor Bhagavathy temple is located at Panthalloor in Malappuram district, Kerala. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Durga. The temple is one among the 108 Durga temples in Kerala. The darshanam of Panthaloor Bhagavathy is towards east.
The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Sri Krishna, Shankaranarayana, Vettaikaran and Ganapathi.
As per history, the temple belonged to Samoothiri.
