Ollukkara Poothrikkovu temple is located at Ollukkara in Thrissur district. The temple is dedicated to Vamana Avatar of Bhagavan Vishnu. As per history, the temple was the Othukettu center of Yajurvedi Brahmins.
The darshanam of Ollukkara Vamana murti is towards west. Puja is only performed one time in a day. The temple belongs to Ollukkara Namboothiri.
Bhagavathy, who is the upasana murti of Ollukkara Namboothiri family, is also consecrated in the temple.
