Thrikkai Mahavishnu temple is located at Kunnukara in Ernakulam district, Kerala. The shrine is situated northwest of Schoolpadi bus stop in Kunnukara. The temple is dedicated to Vishnu Bhagavan. The darshanam of Thrikkai Mahavishnu is towards east.
The Upa Devatas worshipped in the temple are Goddess Durga and Ayyappan.
The annual festival in the temple is held for eight days in Medam month.
The temple is a managed by a committee of local people.
