  • Wake up before sunrise and take bath.
  • Wear neat and simple clothes. Sit facing east.
  • Meditate on Ganesha for few minutes.
  • Light a single lamp using cow ghee with one wick.
  • Create a mental image of Narasimha.
  • Chant the mantra 108 times. Then meditate and try to feel the oneness of all animate and inanimate.
  • Do this for next 44 days.
