Puja which is performed for the family welfare should be done with all family members especially wife and husband should be present. But there are methods to overcome the difficulty arising out of a member being not present. So, can Lakshmi puja be performed alone without wife?
Yes, Lakshmi puja can be performed alone. You can keep a photo of your wife in the spot where you are performing the puja. The photo should be kept on your left side. All actions that the wife should have performed can be done by the husband.
If photo is not available then you can keep something which only she uses like a dress etc.
