Puja For Wish Fulfillment

Puja for wish fulfillment is performed by many devout Hindus. Here is a simple puja for wish fulfillment. Please note that no puja will be successful without devotion and true belief. What is required is unwavering devotion and real and pure belief.

The puja should be performed early morning after sunrise or during the pradosh period (1.5 hours before sunset). The best day to perform puja are Tuesday or Friday.

The murti (picture, photo or painting) of Mother Goddess Durga or any other goddess should be placed on the southeast corner of the house on a white color cloth.

The puja should be performed facing southeast.

The person performing puja should wear white color clothes.

Take a kalash fill it with water and put some sugar in it. Close the kalash with a coconut. Keep this near the picture or sculpture or painting of Goddess.

The lamp should be lit using pure cow ghee. One wick is preferred.

Dhoop should be of camphor or karpur.

White color flowers should be offered.

Offer uncooked rice.

Offer white sandalwood paste.

Offer fragrance like ithar or other fragrant waters.

Offer milk and pure honey.

Prepare food using Mawa or any yellow color sweet. It should be later with family members and a married woman.

The mantra  ह्रीं श्रीभुवनेश्वर्यै नमः  (Om Hreem Sri Bhuvaneshwari Namah) should be chanted 108 times. The count should be kept on any mala.

The water and sugar in the kalash should be deposited under a peepal tree. All puja items should be dug and put under a tree. 

After performing the puja chant the name 108 times on every Tuesday and Friday till you achieve your wishi.
