Emoor Karthyayani Bhagavathi temple is located near Thonnurkara in Chelakkara Village in Thrissur district, Kerala. The annual festival in the temple is observed on Karthika nakshatra in Kumbham month. The temple festival is conducted by padijaremuri and kizhakkummuri.
The main deity worshipped in the temple is Goddess Karthyayani.
The Upa Devatas in the temple are Ganapathy and Nagarajavu.
The deity was the kuladevata of Thottasseri Talachennar whose family was the Naduvazhi Pisharadi of the area. The family was famous for Kalari Vidya. There used to a Kalaripayattu school near the temple in ancient times.
There is only one puja. There is a huge temple pond on the north side of the temple.
