Is it compulsory that after doing one time visit of Sabarimala Ayyappa Swamy a person should make compulsory three visit? No there is no such superstition associated with Hariharasudhan Ayyappa Swamy. A devotee can visit one time and then not visit. It is for the devotee to decide how many times he wants to visit.
What matters is devotion not the number of times visiting the temple. There is no need of fear orany retribution or bad happening in life. There is no wrath.
All such superstitions are spread by people who have little knowledge about Sabarimala.
So it is not compulsory to visit three times consecutively after the first visit.
