Narasimha is the fourth avatar of Bhagavan Srihari Vishnu and this form of Lord Vishnu is worshipped to get victory over enemies, to remove black magic and evil. The mantra will be destroying all enemies of a devotee. There is a popular belief that chanting the mantra for 21 days will help in defeating enemies. This Narasimha Mantra should be chanted for 21 days during the Pradosh period – when the sun has just but setting sunlight is still visible.

Rules of Chanting the Narasimha Mantra To Defeat Enemies
- The mantra should be chanted for 21 days without a break.
- It should be chanted 108 times facing east. Any mala can be used to keep the count.
- Red color oil should be used to lit a lamp with one wick.
- Lemon should be offered and later thrown in a deserted area.
- Red color flowers should be offered.
- A sweet made of Jaggery should be offered as Prasad.
- A neem tree should be planted and take care of.
