When everyone has the same number of hours in a day why do
many people complain about lack of time?
The lack of time is because we waste our time in negativity.
We waste our time on unwanted things that have no or little value. Time is also
lost idling away.
When we devote time to things we like and remain positive, we
will be in control of time.
There should be a consistent schedule in life. Do not
complicate things. Make life simple by dropping all unwanted activities. There
should be consistency.
Focusing on the essential aspects in life can help in
accomplishing so many things. A vital aspect for success is consistency in our
time management.
Waking up early and going to bed early helps in solving many
time related problems.
We waste a lot of time in day gossiping, doing unproductive
things, worrying, fearing and being anxious. We throw away energy and time. But
when we replace these negative aspects with positive thoughts, we have plenty
of time at our disposal.
Knowing one’s strength and weaknesses, honest with oneself,
confidence in one’s abilities, detachment, the ability to see the larger
picture are which can help towards time management.
Focusing on the present and not brooding over the past and
worrying about the future saves both time and energy.
Discipline is the necessary aspect for time management. Without
discipline, you can never have control over life.
We waste our precious time reading, listening and watching
rubbish. We then again waste our time discussing the rubbish. Majority of the
time we get to hear worthless things in the print and electronic media.
Time management also involves certain amount of flexibility.
Occasional breaks from the routine helps in getting refreshed. This helps us in
shedding the monotony. It improves our creativity and productivity.
Regular exercise and good diet helps in avoiding health
issues. This also keeps us mentally and physically active.
