Hanuman Worship for Mental Peace

  • Perform panchopachar puja of Hanuman on Tuesday and Saturday.
  • Light lamp using cow ghee.
  • Dhoop should be of fragrant flowers.
  • Offer sindhoor as tilak.
  • Offer arka leaves or red color flowers.
  • Offer banana as bhog

Chant Hanuman Mantra

हनुमते नमः |
Om Hanumate Namah

The mantra should be chanted 108 times using a red chandan mala or any red color mala.

Other Rituals

Read Hanuman Chalisa.

Prepare bhog or Prasad using Banana on Saturday and offer it to Hanuman.

Plant trees and plantain and take care of it.
