Story of Daruka, charioteer of Bhagavan Sri Krishna, is
found mainly in the Mahabharata. He had extraordinary skill in driving a chariot.
When Sri Krishna fought against the king of Salva, Daruka was badly injured by
the arrows of Salva.
In the Mahabharata war, Daruka drove the chariot of Satyaki. When Satyaki fought Karna, Daruka used his talent and skill, many times, to rescue Satyaki.

After Sri Krishna disappeared from earth, Daruka saw the horses
of Sri Krishna’s chariot flying and disappearing in the sky.
He also witnessed the end of the Yadava clan. He informed Arjuna
about the end of Yadavas. He accompanied Arjuna in his last journey to Dwaraka.
