Number of Times the mantra to be chanted

The mantra should be chanted 108 times daily. It can be chanted during sunrise, noon or during sunset.

If you had to stop the chanting of the mantra due to some reason, you can continue the count from where you stopped.

The mantra should not be chanted loudly. It should be chanted in the mind or in very low voice.

Do not allow the mind to wander while chanting the mantra.
