Namaskar, or Sun Salutation Yoga Asana, gives energy to the body by activating
all its organs. India
Post, the official postal agency of India, has released a series of stamps on Surya
Namaskar. The beautiful stamps were released in 2016. The stamps are in the
denomination of Rupees 25 and are available in all GPOs.
