Kotharjai Devi Utsav is Mograwadi village is observed in Chaitra
month. It is annual fair and festival at the Kotharjai Devi at Mogarwadi
Village in Haveli Taluka of Pune District in Maharashtra. Various unique pujas
and rituals are held on the occasion. Mograwadi Kotharjai Devi Utsav 2024 date is April 9. The shrine is dedicated to Goddess Kodarjai Devi, grama devata.
For the annual festival, the shrine is decorated with lamps,
lights, flowers, leaves and sugarcane for the occasion.
The festival and fair attracts hundreds of devotees. A fair
is held during the occasion.
Kotharjai Devi Utsav is annually observed on Chaitra Shukla
Paksha Pratipada tithi or the first day during the waxing phase of moon in
Chaitra month as per traditional Hindu lunar calendar followed
in Maharashtra.
